The awesome stylists at The James in Ada donated their time and effort to dye my hair for charity. And in a situation where I see a lot of people give the bare minimum, The James went out of their way to make sure I had a 5 star experience. While I might not be dyeing my hair neon pink again anytime soon, I recommend The James to anyone who wants amazing service and a pampered experience!

To all of our amazing clients, we want to share with you the steps we take every single day to provide a clean environment for you to sit back and relax during your appointment at The James Salon. As most businesses are doing, we are closely monitoring the advice of the World Health Organization regarding the spread of the virus to ensure we keep our clients safe and our employees healthy.
We’ve enhanced regular hourly cleaning to take place after every single appointment. We wipe down surfaces, tools, and chairs prior to your visit along with door handles and other places frequently touched.
We have sanitizer stations at every entrance in both Ada and East Grand Rapids.
We clean both locations every night and employees are vigilant about frequent hand washing.
In addition, we are taking steps to ensure the welfare of our stylists and employees. This includes instructing employees who feel ill to stay home and consult their healthcare providers.
